- Members have a choice of either staying overnight at the hotel or going back home for the night.
- A group rate has been negotiated for $169.00 per room plus tax per night. This cost is for rooms only, does not include Quilt Escape or classes.
- Rooms are double occupancy, so team up and share the cost.
- Please call the Hotel directly to make your reservations. Let them know you are part of VAQG for the group rate.
- Breakfast is included for all overnight guests.

- The sewing room will be set up for 2 quilters per 8-foot table. Additional breakout rooms will also be available for classes.
- Sew whatever you want day or night.
- Sign up for one of the two classes lead by machine quilting instructor Sally Terry. Visit her website: www.sallyterry.com/
- There is nice overhead lighting in the sewing room, but you may want to bring your own.
- There will be ironing stations with full-size steam irons.
- There will be cutting stations with mats. Please bring your own rotary cutter and rulers.
- Coffee, tea, cocoa and water will be available in the sewing room.
